Job Description:

As a salesperson, your focus will be offering Greenbloom Landscape Design Inc. services to both residential and commercial clients. You will ultimately establish, develop, and retain a client base which you will provide with customized landscape design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Seeking out new leads as well as working with the leads we provide.
Closing the deal, bringing negotiations and discussions with leads to a successful close with a signed agreement.
In person and over the phone meetings with potential as well as existing clients.
Conduct site visits with potential as well as existing clients.
Work directly with clients to create their ideal landscape design solutions.
Ability to prepare quotes, interpret construction drawings and other contract documents.

Requirements

Three (3) years sales experience, specifically pertaining to the field of landscaping.
Three (3) years of landscape design experience.
Experience with rendering software such as AutoCAD, Dynascape and SketchUp.
Experience with Adobe creative suite programs considered an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
